This article I wrote for Petrolicious is a trip down memory lane because I wrote it all the way back in 2014.
Thinking about this article now vis a vis the posters I've been attracted to, Lohrer is credit on quite a number of my favorites including the "Poodle," "Helmet," and "Golf Clubs," the last of which is part of the sought after "lifestyle" series of Porsche showroom posters. While Erich Strenger is often credited with giving Porsche its graphic identity, I do believe Hans Lohrer was a key man and overlooked today.
